Thank you for being a valued part of our dental family. It’s truly a privilege to have you in our care, and we are grateful for the trust you place in us. I want to share some important news regarding changes in our practice. Over the last few years, it has become increasingly difficult to practice as a Delta Dental network provider and continue to provide the high quality of care that we value and promise to our patients. We are unwilling to compromise our standard of excellence by cutting corners to conform to the restrictions that Delta Dental insurance plans place on their in-network providers. We have reached a point where we cannot offer the same high quality dentistry we value under their contracts. The limitations and reimbursement structures imposed by Delta Dental have made it difficult to practice in a way that aligns with our values.
As of January 1, 2026, our office will no longer be a contracted (in-network) provider with Delta Dental.
What this means for you:
- You are absolutely still welcome here, and we hope you’ll stay. We will continue to accept Delta Dental plans as an out-of-network provider.
- We will submit your claims for you, and Delta Dental will reimburse you directly. Because we will no longer be paid directly by them.
- You will be responsible for payment at the time of your visit.
To fully understand your specific dental plan’s benefits and reimbursements, we encourage you to reach out to your human resources department for details. We are here to help you in whatever capacity we can, but Delta Dental does not share out-of-network plan benefits with us.
We want you to know that this decision was made with your best interest at heart. Our patients mean the world to us. We’ve had the privilege of caring for many of you for years — and even generations — and we don’t take that trust lightly. It’s never been “just business” to us. It’s personal.
Our greatest hope is that you’ll choose to stay with us. But if you feel the need to transfer to another provider, we will understand and support your decision—and we’ll do everything we can to help make that transition easy. We are incredibly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us and the relationships we’ve built over the years as partners in your oral health.
